How We Work With Our Clients

Practice Assessment

For a complete picture of the current state of your practice, we will conduct a 3 day on-site visit assessment to meet with providers and staff to assess your practice's operational structure. Additionally, we will provide a two-week baseline data analysis process on your organization's performance.

Launch Kick Off Presentation

Following baseline site visits and data analysis, we'll meet with your team (virtual or in-person) to go over findings, growth opportunities, and discuss the next steps in assigning participants for our weekly performance meeting sessions.

Weekly Performance Improvement Meetings

One of our transformation coaches will facilitate weekly meetings with your team around weekly performance, data analysis/trends, strategic planning, and mapping out best practices.

Meet Giovanni

Giovanni is a transformative healthcare leader with over a decade of experience specializing in reshaping health systems based ambulatory care networks, FQHCs and private practices. His remarkable ability to drive innovation and inspire change, coupled with his unparalleled talent for collaboration across all levels of staff and leadership, serves as his superpower in creating a profound and lasting cultural impact.

 

With a passion for community well-being and a commitment to enhancing access to exceptional outpatient care, Giovanni founded the practice transformation coaching agency Du Monde Plateau. His impact extends beyond local borders, as his visionary leadership, collaborative spirit, and ability to unite diverse teams drive substantial change in healthcare practices and systems nationwide.

 

In his crucial role as Deputy Operations Director for the New York City Mayor's Office COVID-19 Test & Trace Corps, Giovanni redesigned and oversaw COVID-19 testing operations for all 1,700 NYC public schools, shaping international best practices, subsequently contributing to the safe reopening of the city.

As the former Associate Director for Ambulatory Care at NYC Health & Hospitals, Giovanni spearheaded the development of system-wide best practice models for the nation's largest municipal healthcare delivery system, consistently surpassing productivity targets, optimizing patient access, revenue cycle and reducing no-show rates. His visionary approach and strategic collaborations with McKinsey & Company led to the successful implementation of groundbreaking business models that continue to set industry benchmarks. Moreover, he improved operational workflows at Maimonides Cancer Center while serving in the role of Administrative Director in the Hematology Oncology Faculty Division, leading to an impressive 50% increase in new patient appointments within five months.
